Expansion Joint Foam Filler Boards

Compressible closed cell polyethylene foam fillerboard for brickwork expansion joints.

An alternative to the traditional Bitumen Impregnated Wood Fibre Board (see below).

Comes with a tear-off section to facilitate joint sealing.

Can be glued into place before concrete pour with Contact Adhesive.

Standard stock sizes are:

* 10mm thick by 100mm and 150mm wide.

* 12mm thick by 100mm, 150mm, 175mm, 200mm and 250mm wide.

* 20mm thick by 100mm, 150mm, 175mm, 200mm and 250mm wide.

* 25mm thick by 150mm and 200mm wide.

Bitumen Impregnated Woodfibre Board

General purpose low cost traditional filler board consisting of compressed wood fibre material impregnated with bitumen.

Used as an expansion joint filler in brickwork.

Available in packs of cut strips 2.44 mtr long.

12mm thick available in widths of 100m, 150mm and 200mm from stock.

20mm thick available in widths of 150mm and 200mm from stock.

12mm, 20mm and 25mm thick sheets are also available.

Bitumen Bonded Cork Board

Bitubond cork fillerboard consists of granulated cork premixed and securely bonded together with a hot bituminous mixture formed between two sheets of heavy asphalt saturated felt paper.

Highly resilient, water resistant, used in water retaining structures.

Full sheets 0.914 mtr x 2.134 mtr.

Backer Rod

A closed cell polyethylene cord used for caulking joints prior to application of joint sealant.

Reduces the amount of sealant required, thus reducing the cost of sealing the joint.
